Piraeus is the birth place of the designer Demetrios and holds a very special place in his heart. The city created the foundation of a young boy who would one day grow to be an iconic figure in the bridal industry. For Demetrios the city offered an undeniable urban energy and a perfect seaside escape.
Emigrating to the United States at a young age and eventually launching the DEMETRIOS brand, the designer would never forget his Hellenic roots and constantly finds inspiration in his motherland. Demetrios toured the city and seaside with his designs photographing them in unique locations of the place that laid the groundwork for the exquisite fashions that he has come to create and his vast impact on bridal fashion.
